主要職責(zé)和基本職能:
1、為零售和數(shù)字接觸點(diǎn)的各個(gè)產(chǎn)品制定和管理跨職能的產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷策略和執(zhí)行;
2、協(xié)助制定市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略,包括包裝和面向消費(fèi)者的營(yíng)銷資產(chǎn)和活動(dòng),以有效地向全球受眾推出產(chǎn)品;
3、通過(guò)各種溝通渠道,包括項(xiàng)目管理、溝通簡(jiǎn)報(bào)、內(nèi)容創(chuàng)建、創(chuàng)意評(píng)審和數(shù)字貨架準(zhǔn)備,確保我們?cè)诙说蕉肆鞒讨袑?shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品發(fā)布前的關(guān)鍵里程碑;
4、與品類、社交媒體、電子商務(wù)、銷售和銷售計(jì)劃合作,確定活動(dòng)成功指標(biāo)。衡量和報(bào)告產(chǎn)品發(fā)布的有效性,并根據(jù)結(jié)果調(diào)整未來(lái)的活動(dòng);

7、與區(qū)域銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,了解區(qū)域/當(dāng)?shù)刂С之a(chǎn)品發(fā)布的需求;

資格和經(jīng)驗(yàn)
1、多年電子商務(wù)、數(shù)字營(yíng)銷或在線銷售策略經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2、有消費(fèi)品包裝(CPG)或零售電子商務(wù)環(huán)境經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
教育與技能
1、需要市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、商業(yè)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)士學(xué)位或同等經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2、產(chǎn)品發(fā)布體驗(yàn);
3、高級(jí)管理層和零售商演示文稿的強(qiáng)大演示技巧;
4、強(qiáng)大的組織、分析和寫作能力。
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1、Create and manage cross-functional product marketing strategies and execution for respective products across retail and digital touchpoints .
2、Assist in developing go-to-market strategy including packaging and consumer-facing marketing assets and campaigns to effectively launch product to a global audience .
3、Ensure we achieve key milestones within our End To End process leading up to a product launch through a variety of communication channels including project management, communication briefs, content creation, creative reviews and digital shelf readiness.
4、In partnership with the category, social media, ecommerce, sales and sales planning, determine campaign success metrics. Measures and reports on product launch effectiveness and adapt future campaigns based on results.
5、Collaborate with internal Content, Creative, and Business Unit teams to develop creative assets and content including digital shelf content, advertising, social/community building, influencer marketing, PR and retail experiences.
6、Be keenly aware of competitive product launch strategies and tactics to ensure our product go to market plan is strong.
7、Work with regional sales teams to understand regional / local needs to support product launches.
8、Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1、Years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales strategies.
2、 Experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or retail ecommerce environment preferred.
EDUCATION & SKILLS
1、Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related area is required or equivalent experience.
2、Product launch experience.
3、Strong presentation skills for senior management and retailer presentations.
4、Strong organizational, analytical, and writing skills.
