· Experience in managing incidents / technical issues related to cloud/containers platforms that run at scale · Investigate and resolve issues affecting production environment with SLAs · Define and manage telemetry requirements for managing and operating a Platform: integrations health, management plane health, alerting other teams for remediation e.g. cloud platform teams, manage Wiz updates and patches for consumers · Experience in deploying Wiz CNAPP or similar security platform on GCP, AWS, Azure, AliCloud platforms as well as Kubernetes Platforms hosted Bare metal/VMware. · Design, implement and maintain logging and monitoring process for the Wiz environments. · Maintain documentation to support Wiz adopters and adherence to HSBC internal controls. · Monitor use of Wiz components e.g. DeamonSet versions to ensure that they are aligned with Wiz Vendor recommendations. · Support developers with troubleshooting to identify why Wiz components are not operating as planned. · Support integration efforts with downstream reporting tools by provisioning and maintaining service accounts and APIs catalogue needed.
