Covering target research, evaluation and selection, small molecule design and optimization (including structure-activity relationship research and drugability optimization combined with ADMET and physicochemical properties, etc.), synthesis route design, screening and evaluation of clinical candidate compounds.

?Literature research, collection of relevant information in the field of drug research and development, leading project intellectual property protection strategies and patent application writing.

?Lead and manage the implementation and progressing of one or more projects, and be able to effectively utilize various resources inside and outside the company to quickly solve medicinal chemistry problems.

?Collaborate efficiently with relevant departments inside and outside the company, play a leading role in the research and development process, and ensure the accurate and timely implementation of the research and development strategy and projects.

?Regularly summarize the projects and report to relevant stakeholders.

任職要求:

?PhD degree, major in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, more than 10 years of experience in innovative drug research and development, with experience in small molecule research and development and a deep understanding of innovative drug research and development is preferred.
