1. Assist CEO t for daily office work; Travel arrangement; Internal and external file collection and document translation.
支持總裁處理日常辦公室工作;行程安排;內(nèi)部外部文件收集及文件翻譯。
2. Give support to Italy expert and keep contact with HQ.
支持意大利專家的工作,保持與總部的聯(lián)系。
3. Prepare company’s important meetings, such as MSM, annual sales meeting, workshops, and support all other departments’ concerning meetings.
準(zhǔn)備公司重要會議,如:部門主管會議,年度銷售會議,為部門的重要會議提供支持
4. Following up the key tasks or projects of all departments and arrange , act, check feedback to President, make good communication between all departments.
在總裁領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下協(xié)助完成公司具體工作的布置、實施、檢查、督促、落實和跟進執(zhí)行;做好上傳與下達,各部門溝通協(xié)調(diào)工作。
5. Make necessary data analysis and market research according to the request from GM
根據(jù)總經(jīng)理的要求做數(shù)據(jù)分析和市場調(diào)研
6. Prepare presentation materials and slides for CEO
為總經(jīng)理準(zhǔn)備匯報的資料和展示PPT
7. Give support to all departments.
支持所有部門的工作。
8. Accomplish other works designated by CEO.
完成總經(jīng)理安排的其他工作。
Job Responsibilities工作職責(zé):
1. English / Business Administration / Project management or other related majors
英語,工商管理, 項目管理專業(yè)
2. Min. B Sc university level
大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷
3. English language in mother-tongue, CET 6 certificate
英語6級及以上
4. Min. 3 years work experiences in relevant field
至少3年以上的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
5. At least 2 year work experience in International company
至少兩年以上的跨國公司工作經(jīng)驗
6. Skillful use of MS Office, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
能夠靈活運用辦公軟件
7. Good ability in communication and organization
有很強的溝通和組織能力
8. With some ability of data collecting/analyse
有數(shù)據(jù)收集和分析能力
9. Willing to be business travel when it is necessary
能夠適應(yīng)一定的出差頻率
10.Must be able to speak Italian or English
