Baroma is an innovative fragrance e-commerce brand dedicated to curating and bringing the best Asian niche scents to the world.
Role Summary:
The Investor Relations Manager will lead Baroma’s outreach and engagement with current and potential investors, while also identifying and connecting with strategic partners who can add value and create synergies for Baroma’s growth. This person will drive our fundraising activities, support the founder in investor meetings, and help build a powerful network of allies for the company’s journey.
Key Responsibilities:
? Actively research, identify, and connect with suitable angel and strategic investors (especially in China and Asia)
? Present Baroma’s business and pitch deck, clearly telling our story, mission, vision, and milestones
? Manage communication between Baroma and interested investors, organizing updates and scheduling meetings
? Organize and participate in relevant investor networking events, online platforms, and industry gatherings
? Prepare supporting documents and translate key materials as needed (English and Mandarin)
? Support the founder in important investor and partner meetings
? Build and maintain an updated investor and partner CRM/database
? Continuously seek and engage potential partners (brands, distributors, platforms, agencies, etc.) who can bring synergies and value, and help line up meetings and collaborations as part of the investor outreach journey
Requirements:
? Basic knowledge of fundraising, investment process, and startup financing
? Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills (in both English and Mandarin)
? Strong storytelling abilities and confident public speaking presence
? Proactive, responsible, and organized, with a results-driven attitude
? Existing investor or industry network in Asia/China is a strong bonus
Compensation:

主要職責(zé):
? 主動發(fā)掘、篩選并聯(lián)系合適的天使投資人及戰(zhàn)略投資人(尤其關(guān)注中國與亞洲地區(qū))
? 清晰、專業(yè)地向潛在投資人展示Baroma的商業(yè)模式、愿景與發(fā)展故事,包括演示商業(yè)計劃書及業(yè)績里程碑
? 負(fù)責(zé)與投資人之間的溝通協(xié)調(diào),安排會議、匯報進展及跟進需求
? 參與并組織相關(guān)投資者社交活動、線上路演平臺、行業(yè)交流/展會
? 準(zhǔn)備支持性文檔,并根據(jù)需求進行中英文翻譯
? 協(xié)助創(chuàng)始人參與關(guān)鍵的投資人及合作伙伴會議
? 建立并維護投資人及合作伙伴CRM數(shù)據(jù)庫
? 在投資人外聯(lián)過程中,持續(xù)尋找并對接有潛在協(xié)同與價值提升的品牌、分銷、平臺、代理渠道等合作伙伴,并推動相關(guān)合作對接
任職要求:
? 具備基礎(chǔ)募資、投資流程及初創(chuàng)融資相關(guān)知識
? 優(yōu)秀的中英文表達(dá)與書面、演講能力
? 具備良好的故事講述力與自信的公眾演講能力
? 主動、負(fù)責(zé)、組織及執(zhí)行力強,有結(jié)果導(dǎo)向
? 擁有中國/亞洲地區(qū)投資人或行業(yè)資源優(yōu)先
薪資待遇:
