崗位職責(zé):
Key responsibilities of this role may include:
? Assist manager and senior manager in matters relating to the management of Par and Universal Life business from perspective of policyholders’ fairness.
? Prepare the profit transfer amount from participating funds to shareholder fund.
? Prepare the regular sustainability of Policyholders’ dividend scale and general crediting rates monitoring for various committees, e.g. Asset and Liability Committee, Risk Committee, and Participating Business Committee (PBC)
? Assist the preparation of the analysis related to the dividend recommendation (annual and interim) and the subsequence implementation to the administration system.
? Assist manager to address concerns of the attendees of PBC on key issues concerning policyholders’ fairness.
? Support the tasks related to GL34 compliance.

? University graduate in Actuarial Science, Risk Management or related discipline
? Good progress with actuarial examinations in the Society of Actuaries or other equivalent actuarial organization
? Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability of planning and problem solving
? Self-motivated with ability of working effectively under pressure and commitment to process improvements
? Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
