崗位職責(zé):
2.0 JOB SUMMARY
? Lead the development of injection mold, and support the new product design.
3.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Coordinate part designer and tooling vendor about the product request, review and confirm DFM from tooling vendor.
? Review and approve the mold design from tooling vendor according to VOSS mold standard.
? Follow the mold making process according to the schedule, check the mold making status by mile stone.
? Trial the mold, set up injection parameter based on VOSS tool trial process, and trouble shoot the problems during tool trial.
? Review the dimension check report, working together with part designer to set up mold optimization request.
? Work together with tooling vendor to set up mold optimization action plan, follow the mold optimization until all dimension and appearance meeting the requirement.
? Provide the samples for dimension check and DVP test at VOSS, check the mold on site before mold transfer back to VOSS.
? Give comments to part designer from point view of mold, like necessary design change for mold making.
? Assist senior mold engineer to collect data, to form project database.
? Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the company from time to time.

就產(chǎn)品請(qǐng)求協(xié)調(diào)零件設(shè)計(jì)師和工具供應(yīng)商，審查并確認(rèn)工具供應(yīng)商的 DFM。
根據(jù) VOSS 模具標(biāo)準(zhǔn)審查和批準(zhǔn)模具供應(yīng)商的模具設(shè)計(jì)。
根據(jù)時(shí)間表進(jìn)行模具制作過(guò)程，通過(guò)英里石檢查模具制作狀態(tài)。
試模，根據(jù) VOSS 試模流程設(shè)置注射參數(shù)，并排除試模過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題。
查看尺寸檢查報(bào)告，與零件設(shè)計(jì)師一起設(shè)置模具優(yōu)化請(qǐng)求。
與模具供應(yīng)商一起制定模具優(yōu)化行動(dòng)計(jì)劃，遵循模具優(yōu)化，直到所有尺寸和外觀都符合要求。
在 VOSS 提供樣品進(jìn)行尺寸檢查和 DVP 測(cè)試，在模具轉(zhuǎn)移回 VOSS 之前在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查模具。
從模具的角度向零件設(shè)計(jì)師提供評(píng)論，例如模具制作所需的設(shè)計(jì)更改。
協(xié)助高級(jí)模具工程師收集資料，形成項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。
承擔(dān)公司可能不時(shí)分配的額外責(zé)任。
任職要求:
4.0 REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
? Bachelor degree with mold or mechanical
? 2 years’ experience of precision injection mold
? Familiar with mold making and molding
? Familiar with Word, Excel etc.
? Demonstrate strategic thinking approach and service attitude
