1. Maintain the drive product (220V/380V 0.1kw~500kw) for China and global market

2. Debug and solve technically challenging issues as part of a multidisciplinary design team
善于分析解決問題
3. Self-motivated and working with different function team
積極主動和不同的team 合作,推進(jìn)問題解決
4. Making test product and implement power / analog circuit (like IGBT, Mosfet, protection circuit, switched power supply…etc)
測試驗證功率,模擬電路
5. Deeply involved into the Verification/Validation Test to verify the solution and solve product issue finally
參與測試,驗證方案
6. Communicate / discuss with foreign team independently
獨立和國外同事討論溝通
7. Follow Schneider internal maintenance process and quality strategy.
8. Maintain and increase knowledge/expertise of product engineering technologies, competitor analysis.
Skills
1. Master degree of EE with 3+ years of drive products design experience is preferred. Bachelor degree will need 5+ years experience.
電力電子專業(yè)碩士文憑,至少3年以上變頻產(chǎn)品設(shè)計經(jīng)驗。學(xué)士學(xué)位需要5年以上設(shè)計經(jīng)驗。
2. Good knowledge of power electronic, topology (2-level), component selection (IGBT, Mosfet) and thermal calculation (power loss simulation), protection strategy (short circuit, over voltage, thermal). 3+ years experience of drive platform design is a strong nice to have.
精通電力電子知識、拓?fù)湓O(shè)計、元器件選擇(IGBT, gate driver,Bus Cap, Mosfet)、損耗計算、保護策略(短路,過壓,過溫)。3年以上變頻硬件平臺設(shè)計經(jīng)驗會被優(yōu)先考慮。
3. Sensors and signal conditioning (grounding schemes, filters, A/D…). Current/Voltage measurement methods.
傳感器與信號處理設(shè)計經(jīng)驗,包括接地,拓?fù)洌瑸V波器,數(shù)字/模擬轉(zhuǎn)換。常用電流電壓檢測方法
4. Switched power supplies (flyback DC/DC converters, power efficiency, reliability…).
開關(guān)電源設(shè)計經(jīng)驗,熟知常用拓?fù)?,器件選型,損耗與效率計算。能夠設(shè)計高頻變壓器和電感。
5. EMC principle knowledge, Differential/Common path, Conducted/Radiated Emission…
掌握EMC相關(guān)原理,差模、共模路徑分析,傳導(dǎo)與發(fā)射問題解決
6. High-speed digital design and circuits (microprocessors, DSPs, memories), familiar with basic controller functions (analog/Digital input or output).
熟知主控板功能設(shè)計,包括數(shù)字、模擬輸入輸出接口設(shè)計,編碼器接口設(shè)計。
7. Schematic/PCB design and tools skills(Allegro)
8. Familiar with simulation tools(matlab, plecs, pspice or psim), basic knowledge of motor control
