We are a fast-growing international fashion company specializing in fast fashion for global markets. We are currently seeking a creative and highly experienced Lead Fashion Designer to join our Guangzhou office. This is a unique opportunity for a talented foreign designer to take the lead in developing full collections, working directly with suppliers, and shaping the next trends in fast fashion.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead the development of seasonal collections from concept to final sample.
· Approve final designs, trims, and measurement specs before production.
· Work closely with the international buying and design teams to translate concepts into commercially successful collections.
· Guide fabric and trim sourcing to meet brand aesthetic, lead time, and cost targets.
· Review samples and fittings, giving clear direction to the local development and supplier teams.
· Prepare and review tech packs and ensure accurate communication with manufacturers.
· Ensure all styles meet design, fit, and quality expectations before production release.
Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in fast fashion design, preferably in a global retail environment.
· Strong skills in garment development, construction, and technical specifications.
· Proven ability to manage full collection development in a fast-paced timeline.
· Familiarity with working alongside Asian suppliers and factories.
· Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese is a plus but not required.
· Creative, detail-oriented, and organized.
· Must be based in Guangzhou or willing to relocate.
