職位描述

別墅大平層總監(jiān)主管全屋定制家具制造
崗位職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)定制部門日常管理，協(xié)調(diào)部門工作，建立高效溝通機(jī)制，根據(jù)公司組織架構(gòu)制定及完善業(yè)務(wù)流程；
2、負(fù)責(zé)定制供應(yīng)商開發(fā)、考察，形成考察報(bào)告，參與供應(yīng)商篩選工作；
3、負(fù)責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)合同的擬定、組織會(huì)審、簽署，并協(xié)調(diào)各部門共同履行合同；
4、負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)接設(shè)計(jì)部，參與項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)和評(píng)審，提出改進(jìn)建議；
5、負(fù)責(zé)全屋定制深化圖紙的審批，對(duì)接工廠處理產(chǎn)品異常情況；
6、負(fù)責(zé)定制材料采購(gòu)清單審核，督促物料供應(yīng)；
7、負(fù)責(zé)定制部團(tuán)結(jié)建設(shè)、激勵(lì)方案制定以及員工培訓(xùn)工作；
8、完成上級(jí)主管安排的其他工作任務(wù)。

任職要求：
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)、工商管理類；
2. 5年以上全屋定制/家居行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3. 具備出色的溝通技巧，能夠有效地與團(tuán)隊(duì)成員和客戶建立良好的人際關(guān)系；
4. 工作態(tài)度認(rèn)真，細(xì)心，對(duì)待任務(wù)始終保持高度的責(zé)任心和敬業(yè)精神；
5. 能夠在壓力環(huán)境下穩(wěn)定發(fā)揮，展現(xiàn)出良好的抗壓能力和解決問題的能力；
6. 有香港豪宅或別墅全屋定制經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮。
