ob Summary 工作概要:
To Ensure efficient delivery of service to the guest according to pre-determined standards and specification. This role provides operational support to the outlet manager and coordinates all service delivery details with the outlet manager.The incumbent will be adequately empowered to make decisions in various situations relating to guest complaints, staff issues and other coordinating department issues. Responsible for ensuring that food and beverage sales are properly processed through the electronic register and that all dockets and cash are accounted for in accordance with Four Points Policy and Procedures and to provide service to guests as and when directed by the Restaurant Managers.Leading the associates to provide excellent service to the guests and achieve department goals and objectives.
確保根據(jù)標(biāo)準及規(guī)則給客人提供高效率的服務(wù)。主要職責(zé)將餐廳的運作情況及服務(wù)細節(jié)報告于餐廳經(jīng)理。有權(quán)在特定的場合對客人的投訴、員工放權(quán)及與其它部門的溝通作出相應(yīng)處理決定。確保所有客人消費都正確無誤的輸入電子計算系統(tǒng)。另確保所有票據(jù)及現(xiàn)金都按照福朋喜來登的正確步驟完成同時依照餐廳經(jīng)理的指示對客人提供高質(zhì)量的服務(wù)。帶領(lǐng)小組成員出色完成上級交代任務(wù),確保員工給客人提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)并達到部門目標(biāo)。
Specific Duties工作任務(wù):
1.Supervise Outlet Operations During Assigned Shifts
1.Ensure all the staff to carry out the task according to the S&P
2.Complies with the hotel specific, guidelines of Four Points Guests Satisfaction Index. The incumbent will initiate systems and procedures to meet and when possible exceed guest’s expectations
3.Monitor cash handling and banking procedures
4.Assist with the maintenance of equipment
5.Control stock and monitor stock security procedures
6.Assist with functions
7.Assist with outlet service

4.Checking on associate discipline, grooming standards and punctuality.
檢查員工履職,儀容儀表及按時出勤情況。
5.Ensuring of service standards during operations and also to give training and guidance.
服務(wù)中堅持服務(wù)標(biāo)準,并提供培訓(xùn)及指導(dǎo)。
6.Checking of guest’s satisfaction and proper handling of feedback and follow-up.
調(diào)查客人滿意度,正確處理反饋并跟進。
7.Performs opening duties as assigned (check list).
依據(jù)安排履行開檔職責(zé)(檢查表)。
8.Outlet maintenance and Safety/Cleaning
餐廳維護及安全清潔
9.To update and disseminate relevant information to associates.
更新并與員工分享相關(guān)信息。
10.Weekly entry of associate overtime.
每周記錄員工加班。
11.Keeping track of venue’s operating cutlery and crockery to ensure par level for smooth operation.
記錄日常運營所用的餐具及器皿數(shù)量,以確保標(biāo)準庫存,部門正常營運。
12.To raise engineering work order and co-ordinate damaged items for repair.
提交維修單并協(xié)調(diào)破損物品的維護。
13.Checking of void checks against daily void check report to ensure that all void checks are accounted for.
根據(jù)每日取消帳單記錄檢查消單情況,確保所有取消帳單附有說明。
14.Submission of void checks report with daily media.
與日常報表一起提交取消帳單記錄。
15.Fulfill the responsibilities in the absence of Outlet Manager
部門經(jīng)理不在時履行其職責(zé)。
16.To conduct the daily roll call at in the venue for all associates.
管理部門所有員工的出勤。
17.To brief associates on operational aspects and updates on happenings in the department, division and hotel wide.
告知員工運營情況并更新本餐廳,部門及酒店信息。
18.To check associate grooming.
檢查員工儀容儀表。
19.To assist manager to look after the operation of the venue(ADD,LL,BQT,RS).
協(xié)助餐廳經(jīng)理照顧好餐廳運營(西餐廳,大堂吧,宴會,送餐等)。
20.Handling of guests complains and inquiry.
解決客人投訴及詢問。
21.To check food safety.
檢查食品安全。
22.POS. systems (Captain orders, shift change control of cash),and Manage Financial Matters.
收銀系統(tǒng)、現(xiàn)金、點菜單的管理及日常財務(wù)管理。
23.Supervise and manage Purchasing & Stock control.
監(jiān)督管理采購/存貨控。
24.Manage Working Relationships, Maintain and Implement Effective Interpersonal Skills
管理工作關(guān)系,維持和實施有效的人際交流技巧。
25.To carry out other tasks as directer by your section Heads.

27.Follow all company policies and procedures,Follow Marriott Information safety and protection policy and associate privacy policy,have a clear understanding of PCI, high-risk information, restricted information, non-public information and public information.When work in the company strictly abide by all kinds of information processing regulations, correctly handle all kinds of data and documents, to avoid information leakage.
