Foreign Trade Business Assistant

Position: Foreign Trade Business Assistant
Company Overview:
We are a professional foreign-owned procurement service company dedicated to providing one-stop solutions for our European and American clients, including
sourcing, production management, quality inspection, and export logistics in China.
Job Responsibilities:
Procurement
Support: Assist international clients in supplier sourcing, price comparison, sample tracking, and order confirmation.
Production
Follow-Up: Monitor factory production progress, coordinate
delivery schedules, and resolve issues (e.g., delays, quality concerns).
Inspection
Coordination: Arrange product inspections and compile inspection
reports.
Documentation
& Logistics: Assist in verifying export documents (PI, PL,
BL, etc.) and coordinate with freight forwarders for shipments.
Client
Communication: Maintain daily contact with overseas clients via
email/phone to ensure accurate information exchange.
Requirements:
? Language Skills: CET-6 or TEM-4 equivalent, fluent spoken English, ability to draft professional emails and conduct phone calls independently.
? Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, strong stress tolerance, excellent communication skills, and numerical sensitivity.
? Experience & Skills:
Better if prior internship or work experience in foreign trade/procurement.
Not mandatory.
Candidates with inspection or supply chain experience are preferred.
Others: Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications.
Benefits & Compensation:
Salary: ¥5K–7K(base pay) + year-end bonus (negotiable)
Probation period: 2 months

1. 采購支持:協(xié)助國外客戶尋找供應商,比價、樣品跟進及訂單確認
2. 生產跟單:跟蹤工廠生產進度,協(xié)調交期,處理問題(如延遲、質量問題)
3. 驗貨協(xié)調:安排驗貨,整理驗貨報告
4. 單證物流:協(xié)助核對出口文件(PI、PL、BL等),對接貨代安排運輸
5. 客戶溝通:通過郵件/電話與國外客戶保持日常聯(lián)系,確保信息準確傳遞
任職要求:
? 語言能力:英語CET-6或專四以上,口語流利,能獨立撰寫英文郵件并電話溝通
? 核心素質:細心、抗壓能力強,擅長溝通,對數(shù)字敏感
? 經驗技能:
- 有外貿/采購相關實習及工作經驗者優(yōu)先(非必要)
- 有驗貨或供應鏈經驗者優(yōu)先
? 其他:熟練使用Excel及其它OFFICE辦公系統(tǒng)軟件。
