计算工程师Calculation Engineer (CFD/ FEM)
职位设置的目的/General Function:
-一个跨学科岗位，其主要职责是运用计算流体动力学（CFD）与有限元法（FEM），通过3D流动分析、振动载荷及热机械应力研究，对排气系统性能、耐久性及噪声与排放标准的合规性进行关键性优化。在与客户，合作伙伴和内部团队的密切合作下，相关人员将针对特定需求与研究方向，开发创新的计算方法。
职位的主要职责:
- 运行过程中振动载荷的模拟；
- 排气系统和部件的三维流动模拟；
A multidisciplinary role whose primary responsibility consists of utilizing
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Method (FEM) to analyze 3D flows, vibration loads and thermos-mechanical stress to critically optimize exhaust system performance, durability and compliance with noise and emission standards. In close cooperation with customers, partners and the internal team, the personnel will develop innovative calculation methods for specific and research-related requirements.
Major focus of the position:
-Simulation of vibration loads during operation;
-Simulation of 3D flows in exhaust systems and components;
主要工作职/Main Responsibilities:
- 结构动力学（FEM）：开展线性弹性模态分析、运行振动分析（含应力评估）、模型对比、试验台转移及变体评估，涵盖建模、前后处理和后处理；
-Structural dynamics (FEM): Conducting linear elastic modal analyses,
operational vibration analyses with stress evaluation, model comparison, test
bench transfers and variant evaluations including modeling as well as pre- and
post-processing;
- 三维流动模拟（CFD）：开展稳态与瞬态CFD计算，包括建模、前处理和后处理；
- 3D flow simulation (CFD): Conducting steady-state and transient CFD calculations including modeling and pre- and post-processing;
- 外部服务提供商：外部服务提供商对计算范围支持、建模及评估的支持；
- External service providers: Support of external service providers for calculation scopes, modeling and evaluations;
- 方法学开发：开发和进一步优化计算方法，以提升结果；
-Methodology development: Development and further optimization of calculation
methods to improve results;
- 分析/措施：与客户、设计人员和开发部门的专家合作，评估计算结果并确定实现预期目标的措施；
-Analysis/Measures: Evaluation of the calculation results and determination of
measures to achieve the desired objectives in cooperation with the customer,
the designer and specialists of the development department;
- 部门：计算部门在项目团队中的职能体现；与客户、设计人员和部件强度团队一起设计和定义部件和排气系统；
-Department: Representation of the calculation department in the project teams;
design and design definition of components and exhaust systems with the customer, the designer and the component strength team;
个性特质与能力要求/Personality & Competencies:
-机械工程或相关专业领域的理学学士学位;
-Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field of study;
-熟练掌握英语（书面、口语及听力）;
-Proficiency in English (writing, speaking and listening) is required;
-成功完成STEM领域的研究，重点是有限元模拟或类似的教育;
-Successfully completed studies in the field of STEM with a focus on finite element simulation or comparable education;
-具备扎实的结构力学理论及实践知识，掌握相关数值方法（如有限元法/FEM）
-Excellent theoretical and applied knowledge of structural mechanics and related numerical methods, e.g. finite element method (FEM);
-具备结构力学或动力学领域的专业经验;
-Professional experience in structural mechanics or dynamics;
-熟悉有限元工具和相关模拟软件工具;
-Knowledge of FEM tools and relevant simulation software tools;
