Job Summary Responsible for the development of strategic campus relationship and initiatives in support of front of house recruitment efforts across UBR. Understands and anticipates current and future staffing needs. Provides expertise, direction and development to those responsible for executing campus recruiting programs and initiatives. Establishes and maintains relationships with educational institutions (Universities and Vocational Schools) and relevant business organizations to build a pipeline of talent. Major Responsibilities Oversee the development and implementation of strategic campus recruitment programs and initiatives, aligning them with both short and long-term business staffing requirements. Formulate and optimize strategies for graduate and internship programs, manage relevant policies, services, and ensure continuous program enhancement. Monitor, audit, and track program metrics, analyze results, and propose targeted solutions based on current workforce trends. Expand and maintain strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and vocational schools. Organize and deliver engaging on-campus and online recruitment events, such as campus talks and job fairs. Develop and update presentation materials as needed to align with recruitment goals and audience needs. Handle the end-to-end intern recruitment process in collaboration with designated business partners. Ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the recruitment lifecycle to meet business hiring demands. Promote campus programs both internally and externally to enhance brand awareness and attract top talent. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall campus recruitment efforts. Qualifications 3-8 years Human Resources and 3 years campus recruitment experiences required. Self-starter; able to work independently with little supervision. Excellent verbal and written skills in both Chinese and English. Communicate clearly and persuasively in English in all settings, from one - on - one talks to large presentations. High level of follow-through ability and organization to meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Tact/diplomacy and confidentiality to handle sensitive information and team member interactions. Solid project management and event planning skills. Able to match skillsets across disciplines. Strong analytical skills. Adaptable, flexible and a fast learner. Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and Team Members. Demonstrated effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook) required. Education Bachelor’s degree is required in Human Resources, Communication, Counseling or Psychology disciplines.
