DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES
  • Act with resiliency in the relentless hunt for new export sales opportunities of soy proteins as food ingredients.
  • Generate profitable sales by selling solutions that meet the customer's needs
  • Prepare, present and own the bottom-up sales planning process for assigned Accounts
  • Build effective proposals, based on customer needs, insights and the customer's decision criteria
  • Build strategic relationships with decision makers in assigned accounts
  • Gain 'commitment to buy' from customers
  • Take accountability for delivering against sales targets
  • QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above functions
  • Interest in B2B export sales
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work towards long-term goals
  • Well organized, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
  • Have a positive attitude to work and be happy to work individually and as part of a team
