Must be acceptable of long-term overseas business trips, with a minimum of 80 days per year abroad. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 主要職責(zé): 1. 按照公司的訓(xùn)練營計(jì)劃,接受公司從銷售技能到產(chǎn)品知識(shí)、制造工藝流程、項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)踐的培訓(xùn),成長為真正符合公司要求的顧問式銷售專業(yè)人員;完成培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃后能依據(jù)公司提供的業(yè)務(wù)線索,跟進(jìn)銷售項(xiàng)目,獨(dú)立完成業(yè)績目標(biāo); Complete an intensive training program on sales, products, and processes. Manage provided sales leads, independently run projects, and achieve sales targets. 2. 客戶開拓與維護(hù):維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶關(guān)系,積極利用各種渠道(社媒、SEO平臺(tái)、展會(huì)等)開拓客戶 Maintain existing client relationships and proactively develop new business through social media, SEO, exhibitions, and other channels. 3. 渠道支持與拓展:維護(hù)現(xiàn)有渠道,協(xié)助經(jīng)銷商根據(jù)客戶需求匹配合適產(chǎn)品,制定報(bào)價(jià)方案; Support existing distributors by helping match products to client needs and preparing quotations. 4. 市場(chǎng)調(diào)研與分析:利用海關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)、社交媒體等資源,收集并分析市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)、競品動(dòng)態(tài),提煉關(guān)鍵信息,為銷售策略制定提供數(shù)據(jù)支持,對(duì)所負(fù)責(zé)的國際市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行需求分析、參與拜訪跟進(jìn); Use market data and social media to analyze trends and competitor activity. Provide insights to shape sales strategy and conduct market demand analysis. 5. 熟悉展會(huì)流程,展會(huì)所需資料準(zhǔn)備,參加展會(huì),展會(huì)接待,收集銷售線索,拜訪跟進(jìn),完成業(yè)績; Handle exhibition preparation, attendance, and client meetings. Generate and follow up on leads to secure business. 6. 根據(jù)客戶需求和公司產(chǎn)品價(jià)格體系,制作專業(yè)的報(bào)價(jià)單和產(chǎn)品方案,并及時(shí)發(fā)送給客戶,解答客戶疑問,并促進(jìn)訂單簽成。 Prepare and send professional quotes and proposals. Address client queries promptly to successfully close orders. 7. 完成上級(jí)交辦的其他事項(xiàng)。 Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
