This position is based at Vertechs' Chengdu headquarters office. He/she will work closely with our peers in the Middle East region to assist with various forms of documents, quotations, and logistics coordination needed during the process of closing a sales deal.
There might be chances to travel to the Middle East region occasionally for business purposes.
Responsibility:
1. Participate in overseas sales project management.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries and outlook reports for overseas projects, including but not limited to tracking and reporting project progress, operations, shipments, inventory, payments, outstanding receivables, and other relevant project information, ensuring proper documentation.
3. Assist in writing technical, business, and bidding proposals for projects.
4. Support customer relationship management, technical exchanges, and on-site operations.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the assigned region, providing written recommendations on product optimization to the technical support team.
6. Conduct business trip to overseas for a client visit upon need.
7. Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in petroleum engineering, oilfield chemicals, applied chemistry, or related fields.
2. Overseas graduates are preferred.
At least 3 years of work experience in the petroleum and energy sector. Or experience in multinational companies is preferred.
3. Experience in drilling and completion engineering is preferred.
4. Strong communication and adaptability skills, with the ability to write research reports, summarize findings, and present project updates effectively.
5. Candidates with the ability to independently communicate and report in English to overseas clients are preferred.
