崗位職責
1. 設計并執(zhí)行騎手分層機制和福利體系，激勵騎手提升表現(xiàn)、保持長期合作
2. 設計和執(zhí)行騎手關(guān)懷活動，推動騎手激勵計劃，通過積極反饋和認可，提高騎手的歸屬感與忠誠度，定期對關(guān)懷行動進行復盤，衡量收益
3. 協(xié)助處理騎手投訴、突發(fā)事件（如交通事故、用戶沖突），提供心理安撫與資源對接。監(jiān)控輿情，避免騎手負面聲音在社交平臺發(fā)酵，提前介入解決
4. 作為騎手和平臺的“橋梁，定期與騎手保持溝通，傾聽訴求，建立信任感，提升品牌聲譽
5. 確保政府及平臺合規(guī)要求（證件審核、安全防護、裝備佩戴）得到有效落地，配合執(zhí)法與稽查，維護運營合規(guī)底線，確保騎手符合本地勞動法規(guī)和平臺安全標準
6. 定期分析騎手流失原因、滿意度調(diào)查結(jié)果，輸出報告與改進建議。跟蹤騎手績效和活躍度，識別潛在流失群體，提前做干預
1. Design and implement a rider stratification mechanism and welfare system to motivate riders to improve their performance and maintain long-term cooperation.
2. Design and execute rider care activities, promote rider incentive programs, enhance rider sense of belonging and loyalty through positive feedback and recognition, regularly review care actions, and measure benefits.
3. Assist in handling rider complaints and emergencies (such as traffic accidents and user conflicts), provide psychological comfort and resource coordination. Monitor public opinion to prevent negative voices from riders from fermenting on social platforms, and intervene in advance to resolve the issue.
4. As a bridge between riders and platforms, regularly communicate with riders, listen to their demands, establish trust, and enhance brand image.
5. Ensure compliance with government and platform requirements (document verification, safety gear usage, equipment checks); support law enforcement and audits to uphold operational compliance, ensure all riders meet local labor regulations and platform safety standards.
6. Regularly analyze the reasons for rider turnover, satisfaction survey results, and output reports and improvement suggestions. Track rider performance and activity, identify potential churn groups, and intervene in advance.
崗位基本需求
1. 有3年以上客戶服務/社群運營/培訓/公關(guān)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；有在外賣、快遞、物流、出行等領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗加分；熟悉本地文化和騎手群體結(jié)構(gòu)，在多元文化下工作
2. 出色的項目設計能力和活動組織及執(zhí)行能力，尤其是在人員分層、福利體系和培訓方面，可以設計并執(zhí)行大型活動
3. 出色的溝通能力和協(xié)調(diào)能力，能與騎手有效溝通，語言清晰、耐心，精通英語的情況下，阿拉伯語和印地語必備其中之一
4. 具備合規(guī)與安全意識，了解交通法規(guī)、平臺合規(guī)要求，能向騎手傳達并督促執(zhí)行
5. 具備出色的團隊協(xié)作及應變能力，能與運營、客服、法務、合規(guī)、市場團隊配合解決問題，同時面對突發(fā)狀況能快速決策并采取措施。能夠換位思考，在理解騎手群體的壓力和訴求的同時對騎手體驗和平臺聲譽有強烈的責任感
1. More than 3 years of work experience in customer service/community operation/training/public relations; Having work experience in areas such as food delivery, express delivery, logistics, and transportation will earn extra points; Familiar with local culture and rider community structure with strong cultural diversity.
2. Excellent project design ability and activity organization and execution ability, especially in personnel stratification, welfare system, and training, capable of designing and executing large-scale events.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with riders, clear and patient language, proficient in English, and one of the essential skills in Arabic and Hindi.
4. Have compliance and safety awareness, understand traffic regulations and platform compliance requirements, and be able to communicate and supervise the execution of riders.
5. Having excellent teamwork and adaptability, able to collaborate with operations, customer service, legal, compliance, and marketing teams to solve problems, and able to make quick decisions and take measures in the face of unexpected situations.
