1. 為客戶提供企業(yè)注冊,變更等行政合規(guī)性咨詢;
2. 為客戶提供合規(guī)性秘書服務(wù)項目,根據(jù)要求準(zhǔn)備中英文文檔,整理文案;;
3. 與客戶及相關(guān)部門溝通聯(lián)系溝通;
4. 完成項目涉及的外勤工作;
5. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作任務(wù)。
1. Provide consulting related to administration compliance for clients;
2. Provide compliance and secretarial services to clients, prepare documents in both Chinese and English as required, and sorted out the documents;
3. Communicate with clients and relevant departments;
4. Engaged in relevant onsite job;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

任職要求:
1. 大三大四在校生,行政、文秘及法律專業(yè)者優(yōu)先;
2. 有良好的中英文公文寫作能力,通過全國大學(xué)英語四、六級考試;
3. 有良好的邏輯思維能力,善于思考;
4. 具有較強的工作主動性和責(zé)任心,良好的溝通能力,自我驅(qū)動及快速學(xué)習(xí)能力;
5. 具有咨詢、企業(yè)服務(wù)、組織活動等相關(guān)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
1. Junior or Senior students. Administrative, secretarial and legal professionals are preferred;
2. Good reading and writing ability for official documents in both English and Chinese and CET4 and CET6 passed;
3. Have logical thinking ability.
4. Strong work initiative and responsibility, good communication skills, self-motivation and quick learning ability.
5. Experience in consulting, enterprise service or organizing activities is preferred.
