- 收集市場信息、了解客戶情況、分析客戶需求、向客戶推薦合適產(chǎn)品；

- 執(zhí)行公司銷售報價流程，進行項目的甄別、投標、報價和跟蹤，直至簽約；

- 提高投標率和中標率，完成公司下達的銷售指標；

- 嚴格按照公司銷售流程進行合同處理，根據(jù)合同填寫ADF表等，以保證符合客戶要求；

- 負責合同售后處理，根據(jù)銷售合同協(xié)調(diào)客戶與生產(chǎn)及安裝等有關(guān)部門之間的聯(lián)系；

- 及時準確地了解和反饋已簽合同的現(xiàn)場進展，控制庫存；

- 貨款回籠、催討應(yīng)收帳款；

- 規(guī)范、管理和發(fā)展代理商；

- 完成銷售主管交辦的其它與業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)的工作。


Mobility needs you

- 兩年以上的電梯行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗（不具有電梯銷售經(jīng)驗者勿投）；

- 有房地產(chǎn)或相關(guān)客戶資源；

- 熟悉電梯行業(yè)，對電梯知識有一定的了解；

- 熟練的電腦操作技能；

- 具備良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力；
